Refund / Cancellation Policy

All insurance policy purchases made through BimaBaazar are non-refundable once the policy is issued. In case of duplicate payment or failed transactions, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Cancellation is subject to the respective insurance company’s guidelines.

All personal information such as name, contact details, and documents (Aadhaar, PAN, RC, etc.) are collected only for the purpose of providing insurance services. We do not share or sell your data to any third party, except as required by law or to process your insurance policy with respective insurance companies.
